Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery is FREE for orders over $150 otherwise it's flat rate of $9.50.


Due to COVID-19 we are unable to ship to Russia apologies for any inconvenience. 


  • Delivery on all orders within Australia is overnight except for some regional areas, please allow up to 3 business days for delivery in regional areas.
      • Delivery on all international orders is 2-6 business days.

        Shipping internationally does mean that you may be required to pay customs and import taxes. All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
        Sea Level Australia is not responsible for covering the cost of any customs costs for shipping or delivery 

    Returns


    We want you to be happy with your swimsuit. If you are not satisfied for any reason, for full price item we are offering a store credit of 110% for future purchases, or a full refund (minus original shipping charges) within 30 days of receipt subject to the following conditions:

  • The swimsuit is unworn. Customers must try on the swimsuit wearing underwear.

  • The swimsuit is returned in it's original condition with packaging, tags and protective hygiene strip in place

    International returns (except USA) returns will be at the customer’s own expense.

    Due to COVID-19 it might take up to 4 weeks to receive your return from the USA. Apologies for any inconvenience.

    Once your return request is approved and your shipping label is created, you will receive an email from noreply@omniparcel.com with your completed return label.

    Please ensure you check your spam and junk folders before reaching out for  a new label.

     

     

    Faulty Items 


      Every product we send out is initially quality controlled, however, in the unlikely event of a faulty item, please contact us at info@sealevelaustralia.com.au as soon as possible so we can start the exchange process or refund.

      Sea Level Australia will cover the original shipping costs if we deem the item to be faulty. Once your item is returned to us, has been inspected and if we conclude the product to be faulty, you will be given a store credit so you can repurchase from our online store or we will provide a full refund.
