Returns

We want you to be happy with your Sea Level Australia swimsuit. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer both refunds and store credits of 110% for future purchases as long as the product meets the below criteria :

  • The swimsuit is unworn – Customers must try on the swimsuit wearing underwear.
  • The swimsuit is returned in its original condition with packaging, tags, and protective hygiene strip in place.
  • Return Request is actioned within 30 days of receiving your item.
  • Items which do not satisfy the above Conditions of Return for our change of mind policy will not be accepted and the customer will be notified via email.

FULL PRICED ITEMS

For full price items we are offering a choice of either a store credit of 110% for future purchases, or a full refund (minus original shipping charges) within 30 days of receipt subject to the following conditions:

  • The swimsuit is unworn – Customers must try on the swimsuit wearing underwear.
  • The swimsuit is returned in its original condition with packaging, tags, and protective hygiene strip in place.
  • Return Request is actioned within 30 days of receiving your item.

SALE ITEMS

Please note that all items that are on our Sales page ARE FINAL. This means returns will not be accepted for a store credit or refund on these products unless there is a defect or fault.

If you purchase items that using a discount code, on a promotion or flash sale you are eligible for either a refund or store credit.

Returns – REST OF THE WORLD

All international returns (except USA) will need to be returned at the customer’s own expense. Please ensure you use a traceable delivery service and add it in to the tracking information section of your return request once approved.

Faulty Items

Every product we send out is initially quality controlled, however, in the unlikely event of a faulty item, please contact us at info@sealevelaustralia.com.au as soon as possible so we can start the exchange process or refund.

Sea Level Australia will cover the original shipping costs if we deem the item to be faulty. Once your item is returned to us, has been inspected and if we conclude the product to be faulty, you will be given a store credit so you can repurchase from our online store or we will provide a full refund.
