Making a Freight Protection Claim



1.      If your item has arrived damaged, or is lost in transit and you have purchased freight protection, please visit sealevelaustralia.com.au and select "Contact Us”.

 

2.      Mentioned you purchased freight protection during your order, along with your order number to our representative.

 

3.      Send us evidence of the damage, lost parcel or non-delivery.

 

4.      We’ll send you a replacement product straight away if you’re eligible!

 

A claim for damages must be made within 3 days of receiving the item. Otherwise we may deny your claim (subject to any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law). You will skip the queue once your order is verified
